    Eli

Owner, Certified Birth and Post Partum Doula, Lactation Consultant Student.

Eli had a birthing experience with her first, and a prenatal journey with her second that pushed her to ensure others would never have to go through the same. With extensive education as a postpartum doula, Eli continued their education around lactation consulting, prenatal care, and herbal care. Eli is a strong believer that you are the Captain of your care, and she is just a resource for you to tap into, offering support and guidance.

When thinking about what is important to Eli in this transition to parenthood, Eli gravitated back to her experiences with their first doula. Working with Kerrie McDonald and Sabia Wade was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the experiences Eli has had with others. Looking at their backgrounds, and the current programming available, it made sense to Eli to take both the Lactation Consulting and Full Spectrum Doula program at BADT—Sabia's school. Eli has also attended a postpartum and birth doula program with Kate Wallace in RI.

As a former medic and ER Tech, Eli comes to the table with a broad background to support parents. Whether parents are looking for support in pregnancy to prepare for birth, and postpartum, day, or overnight care in postpartum, or nutrition support for the family in postpartum, Eli has a well-rounded background to care for families during these complex journeys. A strong believer that there is counter-advice to everything, Eli is here to support parents to feel strong and confident in their parenting.

Currently, doula services are eligible for Carrot Fertility reimbursement and Eli is looking forward to getting covered through Maven, Medicaid, and Tricare in 2026.

My Values

· evidence-based information · access + autonomy + agency + advocacy · person-driven nonjudgmental support · cultural humility + compassion · community building + resource brokering

I am dedicated to offering my clients current, evidence-based information about their reproductive health and available options. I actively stay informed on the latest research and best practices in reproductive healthcare and translate that information into clear, accessible guidance. I believe informed decision-making is essential, and everyone deserves the knowledge they need to feel confident in their care.

I believe in access, autonomy, agency, and advocacy for all. To me, that means access to comprehensive healthcare and reproductive care, the autonomy to make choices about your body, the agency to decide what feels right for you, and advocacy that ensures your decisions are respected.

I believe that holistic, compassionate care begins with cultural humility. I honor the diversity and complexity of my clients’ lived experiences and recognize that I am a lifelong learner who does not have all the answers. I respect the paths that bring clients to this work and how their cultural, social, and personal experiences shape the decisions they make today.

It is essential to me that your care begins with you—your needs, your values, and what feels right for you in this moment. I am not here to make decisions on your behalf, but to support you in feeling informed and confident as you make the choices that are best for you and your family. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space to explore all of your options.

As a doula, I am here to support you while also helping you cultivate a broader network of care. I believe in the power of community and connection, and I remain actively engaged with resources that may support you at every stage of your journey.
