    Eli

Owner, Certified Birth and Post Partum Doula, Lactation Consultant Student.

My journey to becoming a doula began with my own births. My first birthing experience and my prenatal journey with my second child deeply shaped how I view pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Those experiences pushed me to ensure that no one has to navigate these transitions feeling unsupported, unheard, or uninformed. I believe you are the captain of your own care, and my role as your doula is to be a resource you can draw from—offering education, emotional support, and steady guidance while honoring your choices every step of the way.

My work as a doula is grounded in both lived experience and extensive education. I began as a postpartum doula and continued my training in lactation consulting, prenatal care, and herbal support for families. I was especially inspired by my own doulas, Kerrie McDonald and Sabia Wade, whose care felt radically different from many of the systems I had encountered before. Their approach led me to complete both the Full Spectrum Doula and Lactation Consulting programs through BADT (Sabia Wade’s school), as well as postpartum and birth doula training with Kate Wallace in Rhode Island.

Before becoming a doula, I worked as a medic and ER tech, which gives me a broad and practical foundation to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether you are seeking prenatal support to prepare for birth, hands-on birth doula care, daytime or overnight postpartum doula services, or nutrition support for your growing family, I bring a well-rounded background to help you feel safe, informed, and confident. I understand that there is often conflicting advice in pregnancy and parenting, and my goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you feel strong in your own decisions.

My doula services are designed to support families through the complex physical, emotional, and practical transitions of parenthood. I believe that informed parents are empowered parents, and that compassionate, nonjudgmental support can make a meaningful difference in birth and postpartum experiences.

Currently, my doula services are eligible for Carrot Fertility reimbursement, and I am actively working toward coverage with Maven, Medicaid, and TRICARE in 2026.

My Values

· evidence-based information · access + autonomy + agency + advocacy · person-driven nonjudgmental support · cultural humility + compassion · community building + resource brokering

I am dedicated to offering my clients current, evidence-based information about their reproductive health and available options. I actively stay informed on the latest research and best practices in reproductive healthcare and translate that information into clear, accessible guidance. I believe informed decision-making is essential, and everyone deserves the knowledge they need to feel confident in their care.

I believe in access, autonomy, agency, and advocacy for all. To me, that means access to comprehensive healthcare and reproductive care, the autonomy to make choices about your body, the agency to decide what feels right for you, and advocacy that ensures your decisions are respected.

I believe that holistic, compassionate care begins with cultural humility. I honor the diversity and complexity of my clients’ lived experiences and recognize that I am a lifelong learner who does not have all the answers. I respect the paths that bring clients to this work and how their cultural, social, and personal experiences shape the decisions they make today.

It is essential to me that your care begins with you—your needs, your values, and what feels right for you in this moment. I am not here to make decisions on your behalf, but to support you in feeling informed and confident as you make the choices that are best for you and your family. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space to explore all of your options.

As a doula, I am here to support you while also helping you cultivate a broader network of care. I believe in the power of community and connection, and I remain actively engaged with resources that may support you at every stage of your journey.
