Whether you’re looking for virtual doula services or in-person postpartum services, please reach out at the contact form below.  Services tend to book out within 2-3 months; however, because of the nature of this work, it is always worth reaching out to see if I have availability.  Often, I can also refer you to someone who might be available or a better fit.

If you are considering services such as birth plans and education for labor and delivery, contact me through the form.  I offer not just in-person support, but virtual doula support, and birth support, among other services, to help improve birth outcomes. 

Whether you have a high-risk pregnancy or not, writing a birth plan can help provide emotional support and more effective pain management, along with better birth outcomes.  Please let me know when your due date is, if you are looking to use insurance or Carot to pay for your services.

At this time, I am a Carot-approved doula and am working towards being authorized with Husky and Tricare by February 2026. I do provide birth, postpartum, and virtual services, as well as personal training and coaching, meal prepping, and more.
