This is the template I use for invoicing clients who have Carrot. It’s free for anyone. I open it up in Google Drive, and save it as a template. I open a new one by hitting “Make a copy,” name the new file “[CLIENT LAST NAME] Family Invoice [#]”. From there I fill in all of the information that it’s asking for. I always invoice for the length of the contract upfront, and then either provide makeup time, or make another invoice requesting further payment if the client adds additional hours.
