This offering includes a two-hour consultation where we thoughtfully explore your preferences, priorities, and concerns, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Your experiences, values, and sense of safety are centered throughout the process. There is no pressure to have all the answers — this space is designed for open, judgment-free conversation and informed decision-making. Within one week of our session, you will receive your personalized birth plan as a professionally organized PDF that is easy to share with your care team and support people. Your plan includes: A clear, one-page, easy-to-read summary for quick reference during labor. A more detailed version to support deeper conversations with providers and facilitate informed consent. Virtual Prenatal Doula Support
I offer ongoing, trauma-informed care throughout your pregnancy, centered on your needs, values, and sense of safety. This service provides consistent, 1:1 virtual support — with partners or support people welcome if desired — creating space for thoughtful conversation, education, and preparation at a pace that feels right for you. Clients may meet up to 10 virtual sessions, depending on when services begin. Sessions are flexibly scheduled and guided by what feels most supportive for you at each stage of pregnancy. There is no set agenda unless you want one; topics are shaped by your questions, goals, and experiences. Areas of support may include: pregnancy and birth planning, trauma-informed childbirth education, postpartum preparation and recovery planning, infant feeding and lactation education, newborn sleep and adjustment, nutrition and holistic wellness during pregnancy, and parenting support and emotional preparation. Postpartum Doula Care:
I offer holistic, trauma-informed support designed to care for the whole family during the postpartum period. This service centers rest, recovery, and emotional well-being while meeting you where you are and adapting to your family’s unique needs. Support may include a combination of hands-on and practical care, such as newborn and sibling care, emotional and physical support for the birth parent, meal preparation and light grocery support, household tasks related to family care, infant feeding education and reassurance, and gentle guidance as your family adjusts. Care is available during the daytime or overnight, with 24-hour care options available to provide consistent, continuous support when needed. All care is offered with compassion, flexibility, and respect for your boundaries, preferences, and lived experiences. This service is ideal for families seeking postpartum doula care, trauma-informed postpartum support, or holistic family care in Connecticut and NYC and is designed to help you feel supported, rested, and cared for during this tender transition.

Post Partum Lactation Care
Hourly check-ins and support focused on lactation for six weeks post partum. Check-ins are scheduled at <3 days post partum, and weekly after that for a total of 7. Available in person or virtually.
In-person services are limited to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Fairfield County CT, New Haven County CT, Washington County RI, New London County CT, and Middlesex County CT.
Lactation consulting services are available virtually as well.
Private Yoga
Private Family Yoga
Private 45-minute yoga classes geared towards your family at a location of your choice.

Birth Prep Class
A private birth preparation class geared towards you and your significant other(s) and/or coparent(s), as well as any other support folks you'd like to join us. Beforehand you will fill out a survey to help determine what our focuses will be.
Baby Prep Class
A private two-hour class geared at the individualized needs of the parents and support people caring for a new baby. Beforehand a survey will be provided that will help articulate what your needs look like. Support and learning can include baby led weaning, lactation, pumping, sleep care, and more.
In-person services are limited to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Boston-metro, and Oahu.
Meal Planning

Pregnancy and Postpartum Meal Support offers gentle, trauma-informed nourishment designed to support your body, energy, and overall well-being during pregnancy and the postpartum period. This service helps reduce decision fatigue and physical strain by ensuring nourishing meals are readily available when rest and recovery are most important.
We work together during pregnancy and/or postpartum to thoughtfully plan and prepare a freezer stash of meals and fresh foods tailored to your dietary needs, cultural preferences, and family rhythms. The process is collaborative and consent-based, honoring your capacity, comfort, and changing needs at each stage.
This service is ideal for those seeking pregnancy meal preparation, postpartum meal support, or holistic perinatal nourishment in Connecticut, and NYC and is designed to provide practical care that supports healing, stability, and ease throughout the perinatal period.
